| CRAIG WALKER, President / Creative Director
Craig is the Founder, Creative Director and President of Walker & Company, Inc., a worldwide CRM /Direct Marketing Agency. Craig has an extensive background in brand advertising and direct marketing in New York, California, Europe, and Australia. Prior to forming Walker & Company he was one of the founders – Executive Vice President and Creative Director – of Grey Direct in New York, and worked with such clients as American Express, Newsweek, IBM, General Motors, Shell Oil, General Foods, Doubleday, Humana and National Geographic.
Craig has specialized in the strategic alignment of direct marketing and general and interactive advertising to create branded multi-media direct response campaigns for clients like Blue Cross of California, Citibank, Disney Online, Health Net, Household Bank, Intuit, Nestle, Nike, Nissan, Time-Life Books and a host of high technology companies. His past agency experience includes creative director roles at Ogilvy One/ New York, Foote, Cone & Belding / New York, Troost Campbell Ewald / Brussels, Wilkins WPT / Hamburg, and J. Walter Thompson / Sydney.

| MIKE ODDI, Strategic Planning / Managing Director
Mike Oddi is responsible for all strategic planning and account management responsibilities. With more than 18 years of experience in the integration of direct marketing, brand advertising, market research and database marketing, Mike brings a unique perspective to any marketing assignment.
Prior to joining Walker & Company, Inc., Mike held senior management positions at several well-known direct marketing and brand agencies, including Krupp/Taylor-FCB, DIMAC Direct, Kovel Kresser + Partners and Direct Partners. His experience includes work for several prestigious clients, including Apple Computer, Intuit, Nissan, Sun Microsystems, Blue Cross of California, Charles Schwab, Household Credit Services, Health Net, Intertainer, Kaiser Permanente, Nintendo, Sempra Energy, Stamps.com and the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA).

| MICHAEL S. HUGHES, Director of Interactive Marketing / CRM
Michael was most recently CMO for Fastclick, the online advertising network / solutions provider. Prior to Fastclick, Michael worked as Microsoft Worldwide Chief Client Officer for MRM Partners (part of McCann Worldgroup), where he helped business units and target audiences in 32 markets worldwide.
Previously Michael served as CEO of Digital Planet, the pioneering Internet webcasting and streaming Media Company. Michael also served as President of the Southern California office of Wunderman; EVP, General Manager of Grey Direct (New York); and VP, Director of Marketing Communications for JPMorgan Chase.
Michael has extensive experience leading blue-chip clients in many categories, Including automotive, consumer electronics, entertainment, fast food, financial services, health care, packaged goods, retail, technology, telecommunications and travel.
